The designated people who are supplying text content,images,form layouts for the website will be advised of the dates when the information is required to enable the site design to stay within the timeframe of the desired launch date.
Domain name(s) registration and web hosting account setup (if required)
In Depth Discussions an ongoing process during the website design cycle analysis of your requirements and confirmation of these by the way of on-site meetings, email and telephone as required
Provision of Content. You will be requested to provide the required web site content which will consist of detailed complete copy for the web site which will include information on your company the products you sell (if applicable) images - royalty-free images can be provided if required
Construction - the construction of the website which incorporates the design elements as agreed.
Search Engine research undertaken into the most effective search engine phrases for your business
Initial draft - the first draft for your approval. At this stage any element of the design can be changed
Final Draft which will form the basis for the rest of the site alterations accepted during this stage.
Final version complete the web site. Small last minute changes can be made before approving the site for publication.
Web site published. The web site is published, making it available to the world. Final payment is now due.
